Squid games - Alex Giggle Remix

Two-two-Ted Lassos in two weeks! Coincidentally, we had two of our cowboys play as Ted Lasso at the Halloween Haunted Hoedown. This is a breaks set from kev/null (@kevnull) on the Silent Disco Purple stage. Here's what he had to say about the mix:

"I love Halloween sets because you can really get into a full performance that integrates the music, the costume, and the crowd. For this set, I created a handful of custom edits that incorporated Ted Lasso quotes and tracks that went with the themes of the show. And a little interlude for Squid Game fans to boot. I hope you enjoy it!"

Welcome to hardness grade 1,000 of electronic music - Welcome to the world of Sebastian Groth. The German DJ and producer focuses on relentless techno with high tempo, a raw sound design and old school influences.

The Westerwald (Germany) native has made a name for himself as a workaholic since his first own release in 2008. After innumerable releases later, it feels like Sebastian released on the most of all-important labels for harder techno as well as a wide variety of remixes for artists like Angy Kore, Niereich, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Pet Duo or Shadym which read like a "who's who" of the Underground Techno world.

Among awarded as "Best Techno Producer" in Germany's Faze Magazine, he's also the label owner of ReWasted, one of the worldwide primary addresses for hard Techno and also a part of the "Abfahrt" brand, which is not less than one of the major techno brands in Germany at the moment!

 


As a DJ and a true entertainer with direct contact to the crowd Sebastian has always a smile on his face and a slightly ironic attitude to his own action. He gave the music genre that he represents the name "Powertechno", which simply stands for peak time Techno perfect for dark warehouses! Expect to hear tough, driving rhythms with strong industrial influence, cause his heart beats 140BPM or faster!

Skeennah, a producer and Dj hailing from London town, specializing in Dance music.
His first taste of dance music, came via his elder brother, introducing him to the sounds of 'Electro' music, imported from New York United States of America. The sounds, the fashion, the break dancing, was a huge influence on the sound that shapes Skeennah today.

It wasn't until Skeennah went to college, that he truly emersed himself with the sound of Hardcore music, and it's transition into Drum and Bass. It was at this time that he got the chance to grace the now seminal Technics 1210 decks. It was at college that he picked up the skills to become a Dj, and pursue a career in music, Dj'ing at various London clubs.

Throughout the years, Skeennah never turned his back on the sound of dance music. He has followed all the emerging scenes, that were spawned by the Uk. Drum and Bass, Uk Garage, Dubstep, and House music.

Skeennah always has his ear to the underground, he would venture to clubs such as Fabric, Ministry, Coloseum, The Arches and alike , as clubber, in order to ascertain, what sounds were doing damage on the dance floor.

These field trips would then enable him to go back in the studio, and produce music that would then translate onto the dance floor.

Although he produces many types of Dance music, his main focus is in the style of Deep Tech House.
His style is upfront, underground dance music, that has an energy, to keep you on your toes.

With Skeennah, you have a clubber, producer, and Dj, who will give you that triple impact, one way or another.......
