This is his interpretation of what a beach party soundtrack should encompass, mellow early evening grooves as the sun sets on the horizon, before delving into the depths of his sonic treasure chest as day transitions to night. Recorded during a personally challenging period in Joeginho’s life, it’s a reminder that the night is always darkest before dawn. Embrace your loved ones, find peace & happiness in what you do.

He blends deep, powerful bass, intricate rhythms, and atmospheric textures designed to captivate listeners and transport them to a physical and mental state. For ImpulsIvo, electronic music is all about the experience—pushing boundaries, getting people to move, and disconnecting from the outside world, both in his productions and DJ sets.

Starting his musical journey in classical music, ImpulsIvo shifted his focus to experimental, electronic, and danceable sounds, which led him to begin producing in 2018. Influenced by artists like Lewis Fautzi, Adriana Lopez, Dax J, Black Lotus, his music combines hypnotic grooves with a focus on rhythm, bass, and texture, always striving for a continuous and growing intensity.

Member and resident at LOCAL Collective, a new initiative dedicated to expanding the electronic music scene in the heart of Portugal, ImpulsIvo plays a role in shaping the region’s underground culture. His sets and productions reflect a raw and profound passion for techno, with a focus on creating an immersive experience that moves both the body and the mind.
