Welcome to Rhythm of Your Heart – a soulful Breathwork Journey lovingly guided by GALEXiCA, created to support you in releasing stuck emotions, dissolving fear and limitations, and coming home to your heart.

This consciously curated experience combines guided circular diaphragmatic breath with a transformative soundtrack, helping you drop into your body, access deep emotional release, and feel safe to be vulnerable, authentic, and fully alive.

Let your breath become the rhythm. Let your heart lead the way.

This journey is for you if you’re ready to:
•	Release emotional blockages and stagnant energy
•	Move beyond fear and old limitations
•	Reconnect with your authentic self
•	Feel grounded, open, and held in a safe container

How to Prepare:
•	Find a quiet, safe space where you can lie down
•	Use headphones for the full sound immersion
•	Allow at least 60–75 minutes for the journey and integration

Pregnancy, epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, asthma or recent surgeries. Please consult your health professional before practicing.

Awakening Sun Breathwork is a guided breathwork practice designed to activate your energy, calm your nervous system, have visionary experiences and connect you with your inner light.

This session begins with Breath of Fire to ignite your inner fire, followed by double breathing to deepen focus and emotional release. The rhythm builds gently and intuitively, preparing your body and mind for a final round of conscious breathing and breath holds — helping you enter a space of clarity, vision, and inner peace.

It’s more than a practice — it’s a daily ritual rooted in presence, expansion, and spiritual activation.

This practice is inspired by Holotropic Breathwork,Tummo/Wim Hof and Pranayama

You can use this session to:
