As we slowly ease out of the warmer summer days, we are delighted to welcome Noah Lyas to the Embodiment podcast series. With more than 15 years of experience in making music and as co-founder of Profundo Collective, he has carved out a space for deep, hypnotic explorations that move masterfully between nuance and vigor.

Noah Lyas reflects on the recording process with striking authenticity:

“During the summer, it gets so hot in my attic studio that making music is almost impossible. Even in the evening, with the windows open, it’s hard to stay focused and attentive while composing; only warm, heavy ambient pads come into being, with crickets providing the rhythm.

This mix was recorded just after all those hot days, when the temperature was finally low enough to dance in the attic again, and to feel what it’s like to be active. It begins calmly, flowing slowly, until the first low notes become possible after which it spills over into rhythmic steps. Just like the transition from those sweltering summer evenings to the creation of this set.”

A fluid journey that rises gently from ambient depth to grounded rhythmic flow, echoing the passage from heat-induced stillness into motion, presence, and dance.

For over a decade, A.Fruit a.k.a. Anna Derlemenkos has been releasing music and DJing, shaping her sound through her long-time love of footwork, jungle, IDM, UK dubstep, halfstep, halftime drum & bass, and anything built on broken beats or unusual textures.

At the core of her craft is an obsession with basslines that resonate through the body when played on a quality sound system. Her DJ sets combine sounds from the edges of multiple genres with her own productions, celebrated worldwide for their originality and sharp 160-BPM focus.

The Ritual Master Wottakku opens his chapter on Ornament170.
Four tracks — four stages of a ceremony, built in a strict and focused form.

The ritual begins with ‘Connecting Of Soul’ — a deep and tense introduction that lays the foundation and draws the listener into the inner circle of the rite.
It is followed by ‘Elbows Out’ — a fierce surge of primal amen breaks, tearing down boundaries and driving deeper into the madness of the ritual, clearing the path for ‘Moonlanding’, where sparse drums shape the mid-point of the ceremony, creating motion and pulling into a hypnotic dance state.
The final mark of the ritual is ‘Spirit Jungle’ — a track that wraps the listener in the shadow of mysterious jungles, sealing the ceremony.
