Heaven Knows I Tried was written and recorded by Giovanni Medina a young aspiring artist whose rise to fame was motivated by his passion for music and wanting to give his grandmother everything she could ever want in life although all she ever wanted was to see her family succeed and do well in life. This is a rap/song inspired by some of the hardships he endured throughout his life. Almost at the end of his rope he kept pushing through with the hopes that one day he would get that call to change not only his life but the lives of his grandmother and those he loves the most. Led by his faith in God and Jesus Christ he chooses to fight and pursue his dreams. God Bless
