DJ, music producer, composer, and sound engineer born in Cuba and based in Miami, known for his versatility, technical precision, and high-energy performances. With over three decades of experience, he has built a powerful career blending Afro-Caribbean roots, Latin rhythms, and cutting-edge electronic sound, leaving his mark on top clubs, festivals, and music productions.

His journey began at the Casa del Estudiante and Casa de la Cultura Enrique González Mántises, where he discovered his passion for mixing, performing, and energizing the crowd. His first professional stage was El Gran Rey (Sagua la Grande, 1994–2000), where he became resident DJ and a pioneer in combining Cuban music, salsa, merengue, and early urban sounds.

In the early 2000s, his career took him to Spain, performing at Cavas Night Club (2000–2003), where he expanded his technique and global vision. Shortly after, he moved to Miami, where his name quickly became synonymous with energy, rhythm, and innovation.

During his early years in Miami, DJMago305 became resident DJ at Flavor Night Club / CocoGroove, one of the most iconic venues in the city. There, he established himself as one of the most dynamic and creative Latin DJs, merging house, tech house, salsa, and electronic grooves into explosive live shows that captivated audiences.

His talent and charisma later earned him residencies at Mojitos Bar Bayside and Mojitos Bar Sawgrass, where he became a cornerstone of Miami’s Latin nightlife scene, shaping the sound and identity of the brand.

As a sound engineer and music producer, DJMago305 masters every aspect of the creative process—from songwriting and recording to mixing and mastering—delivering professional productions that balance technical excellence with emotional depth.

Now as founder and CEO of SoundCaribe Record Corp, he leads a movement to elevate Latin talent worldwide, fostering discipline, artistic integrity, and innovation in the electronic music industry.

Sorrow Sky is the artist name of Matt Sowards, a music producer and YouTuber known for blending electronic, hip-hop, and pop influences. Rather than a traditional DJ, his music includes elements that could fit into DJ sets, especially in electronic and hip-hop scenes. Matt creates tracks that incorporate melodic basslines, atmospheric production, and rap elements. While he primarily produces under the name Sorrow Sky, he also raps and writes lyrics, adding depth to his music.

From Humble beginnings on the street to helping others achieve their dreams with their music careers in many ways to now center stage.

Matt Sowards is also active on YouTube close to 1 million subscribers where he does gameplay videos, reaction videos, tech tutorials, product reviews, and is particularly in the tech space with his unique craft. His music is available on all major streaming platforms, and he has collaborated with various artists, and labels and runs his music distribution service Total Damage Music while continuously evolving his sound. So Sorrow Sky is a producer rather than a traditional DJ.
