HAIM "All over me" (Bill Z & Klein Club Remix)

Stumbling Through (Irving, Sterling) was one of the first songs that Jackie and I wrote after many years apart.  I had the music and basic melody for a couple of years and Jackie provided the lyric and top line.  It's a fairly upbeat pop rock song that was based on an Open D guitar tuning. creo que me estoy enamorando pero lo soporto (i think i´m in love but i can´t stand)

Crying For You was first recorded with my tortured vocals maybe 1-2 years ago.  We've just re-recorded the whole thing, shortened it a little, but most importantly gave the song the vocals it deserved. Crying For You is a ballad that floats like a boat on a gentle river.  We hope you like this newest (and almost final - the vault is almost empty) entry.  It's been fun revisiting these songs and seeing whether they stood up to closer scrutiny (many did not and will stay in the vault where they belong). ..back to the classical elements (1/3) | Jungle/Breakbeat/Open Format Mix

In a Minute was a moody instrumental track for a while with a title and not much else lyrically. Over the last couple of weeks I started to come up with a series of lines that seemed to fit the music and got the team together and cut this new version which is a lot more fun and upbeat than my original demo (which I might post for shits and giggles!). Michael Klein is a music producer, songwriter and remixer from Marietta, GA.

Marilyn Hucek, is an American-Chilean artist and singer-songwriter born in Washington D.C. From a young age Marilyn would write songs before she knew what songwriting was and later learned to play piano and guitar. Growing up with a multicultural background her musical influences have been wide-ranging. She enjoys singing and writing in both English and Spanish incorporating her upbringing into her artistry.

Marilyn’s late father battled early-onset Alzheimer’s for several years, which impacted her deeply. She wrote and dedicated a special song in his honor which became her debut single and launched her career as a full-time artist. The themes in her music cover love, loss, heartbreak, and writing from personal experiences and observations.

Since then Marilyn has amassed over 4 million streams, released 2 EPs, performed live at more than 150 venues of all shapes and sizes, and she's committed to using her voice and platform to help raise Alzheimer’s awareness. Marilyn’s music has been on radio, and featured on Pandora editorial playlists, “Today’s Tunesmiths & Troubadours,” and “AMP: Fresh Cuts.” She performed at the Annapolis Songwriters Festival, and Takoma Park Songwriters Festival, to name a few.  

Marilyn is currently attending LAAMP, a prestigious music academy in LA co-founded by the hit producer duo Stargate and mentored by music executive Chris Anokute. She is working on her debut full-length album.
