This song is by the British group 10cc and was released in 1976. And, as many 70s-80s groups are, they are still touring today. (They were in Cincinnati in Sept 2024.) Although 10cc had a bunch of quirky hits, this one is one of their best known and is truly described by the title. It has a unique chord progression and song sections and is an pretty song to play.
