Українська хард-рок інтерпретація культового саундтреку Don Felder – “Heavy Metal (Takin’ a Ride)”, створеного для легендарного анімаційного фільму Heavy Metal (1981). Ця стрічка стала іконою жанру: доросла анімація з темами фентезі, наукової фантастики, еротики та металу, з’єднаними містичним артефактом Лок-Нар. Фільм увійшов в історію завдяки унікальній візуальній стилістиці, експериментальному монтажу та саундтреку, де звучали Black Sabbath, Blue Öyster Cult, Journey, Don Felder й інші.

Під час адаптації пісні українською виникла окрема складність: англійські вирази на кшталт “take a ride” мають подвійний зміст — і про швидкісний драйв, і про інтимний підтекст. Тому переклад вимагав точного збереження енергії та прихованих сенсів оригіналу.

Це переосмислення робить класику важчим, агресивнішим та більш сучасним українським хард-рок звучанням.
