EP59.5 — Lazy Parenting & Proofs From the Universe

On the 16th of November 2001, the first Harry Potter game was released. The Philosopher's (or Sorcerer's, for those of you in the U.S.) Stone was, and still is, a funny 3-hour-long adventure, but the soundtrack, written by Jeremy Soule, is what makes the first 3 HP games a truly magical experience. 

“24 years later” is an homage to both the last chapter of the HP series and the first game, because it comes out exactly 24 years after it  – on the 16th of November 2025. Some may call it blasphemous, but still, I intended to make it a tribute to the one-of-a-kind composer and to nostalgia-filled video games. Brew yourselves a butterbeer, polish your wands, and dive deep.

Mycket underground denna vecka. Istället för att konsumera vardagsmat har redaktionen varit nere och grävt i sina respektive hipsterbrunnar och funnit både guld och kol. Panso har varit nere i Göteborg och kollat på en väldigt märklig konsert. Ludvig har kollat på den påkostade filmen Luck från den nybildade animationsstudion Sundance Animation. Slutligen har Martin tagit feedback från er lyssnare och både sett en film på SVT Play OCH spelat igenom spel baserade på böckerna och filmerna om Harry Potter, denna vecka med ett fokus på RPG-spelen till Gameboy Color och Advance.
