Fraktal Forest Festival 22/07/2024 Second Round: Set Dark Hi Fraktal Forest by Gamin

Once lost and trapped in the shadows of a cave, a girl will rise up and break the chains of uncertainty. Accepting past mistakes and ignorance to overcome denial, she will walk the treacherous path to the exit, seeking the promising light which shines brighter and brighter at the end of the tunnel…

These 4 tracks relate the beginning of our co-founder’s journey in finding her own sound, featuring some of her very first productions ever.
Energetic and driving while also atmospheric and relaxing, Luyana draws from the rhythms of her tekno roots, blending in darkpsy and ambient influences to create a unique hi-speed forest psytrance flying through beautiful clair-obscur soundscapes…

"Music has been a major part of my life ever since I picked up the guitar at age 13. At first I was influenced by the indie-rock sound of the day but quickly moved on to more experimental and psychedelic sounds, playing in many bands and expanding my musicianship into the deeper realms of the bass guitar where I've remained firmly rooted to this day. However, it wasn't until I discovered the pumping evolution of the psychedelic trance sound in 2005 that I finally realized where my true musical and spiritual center was. Just a few years and many incredible dance floor experiences later I decided to start DJing and organising my own psychedelic trance events.."

As a DJ, Psytori aims to please the crowd and take his listeners on a deep psychedelic journey, through inner space, riding hypnotic trance waves and groovy bass. Encompassing many styles but always playing from the heart, aiming to connect with the dancefloor and looking to ever deepen the collective dancefloor experience!

Plongez au cœur de l’univers Talktofoerest, un projet musical qui explore les profondeurs du Darkpsy, de la Forest et de la Hi-Forest. Par ses sonorités immersives et ses rythmes hypnotiques, Talktofoerest vous invite à un voyage sensoriel où émotions et illusions s’entremêlent pour faire vibrer corps et esprit.

Nourri par des inspirations majeures telles que MoDem, Master of Puppets et Hesperus Gathering, ce projet puise sa force dans des années de découvertes musicales et d’expérimentations. Depuis 2015, Talktofoerest affine sans relâche son univers sonore, en s’appuyant sur des labels de renom – Parvati, Quadrium Records, Sonic Loom, Catar Records, Funky Freaks, entre autres – pour façonner des sets exclusifs et envoûtants.

Chaque performance est une invitation à plonger plus profondément en soi, à ressentir la musique dans toute son intensité et à libérer son esprit au gré d’un BPM oscillant entre 160 et 170. Pour Talktofoerest, jouer en live est un moment unique, un rituel qui se réinvente sans cesse et qui offre, à chaque fois, l’opportunité de partager une expérience hors du temps.

Adrien aka Gamin discovers the Techno sound in free party in French Brittany. Combining influences from techno, psytrance, forest, darkpsy, Hi tech and more abstract forms of electronic music, He falls in love of the psytrance music in 2006 and make string art decoration ! His biggest mentors of psychedelic trance are Kindzadza and Scorb.
The adventure of dijing begins in 2009. He has play several events in France, India and across Europe. 
He is also the cofounder of Krispies Company which puts together quality events and festival in France.
He joined Omveda Records in 2014,Funky Freaks Records in 2018 and is currently representing them with his set in Europe .

Then in 2024, he joined Fraktal forest crew to organize the Fraktal Forest Festival in Lozére (Fr).

For the little story Gamin means in french "a child",initially a nickname who has become a dj's signature.

D.Rec (pronounced “Derek”) is a French DJ specialized in psychedelic music since 2008. 

He stands out from his counterparts with a strong non-conformism, and a desire to defend emerging and under-represented genres in the current scene.

Having participated since his youngest age in many projects around the Psytrance  world and electronic music scene (Hadra, Ethereal Decibel Company, Chilluvium ...) he is now a seasoned DJ coupled with an experienced organizer.

His sets offer a very broad musical range, characterized by two radically opposed extremes: A mystical, epic, and harmonic Psybass for the alternative stages , and a dark, fast, and industrial Darkpsy/Hitek for the main floors. 

Like a true Swiss army knife, it is not uncommon to see him drifting into other styles by drawing from an enormous library fed by more than 15 years of musical research.
Darkprog, Chill Out, PsyBreaks, Psytrance, are among others styles that he is very confortable with !

Throughout the years, he had the chance to play at Momento Demento, Human Evolution, Ethereal Decibel events, Most of Hadra Festivals, and a lot of smaller events.
