Even those who know or think they know Jesus Christ have much more to learn. God's word is the source that reveals who he is.

Who Is Jesus Christ?

Jesus is the better high priest not only because of where He is(seated at the right hand of God)or what He feels (sympathy for our weakness). Jesus is the better high priest because of what He gives… a throne of grace instead of judgment, and mercy and grace to help in our time of need.  Let us draw near to this great high priest through prayer. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on June 25, 2023.

Why is Jesus such a great High Priest? Because we need a better representative due to our great need. As our High Priest, Jesus is human and can sympathize with our weakness and deal gently with us when we are wayward. Jesus is humble and Jesus also learned obedience through what He suffered.
