We then go on to talk about the implications the players at these two football powerhouses will have on the NCAA and ultimately the NFL.

The femmes, or lesbian women who prefer feminine gender expression, make up a significant part of the lesbian community, yet our existence is often invisible to the public. Being a femme in culturally conservative China, I find myself in a constant struggle with homophobia, sexism, and the popular belief that a “feminine lesbian” is simply not a thing. This episode will introduce you to my experience coming out to my family as a femme, as well as my reflections on femininity, queerness, and heteronormativity.

We are the Lawrence Chesty Lions, a public high school located in Lawrence, KS. The business students decided to take on a media project where we produce a podcast, to tell the stories of current and former students as well as those connected to LHS as staff, and what it means to be a Chesty Lion.
