I played French horn as a child from age 10-18 in a public school concert band and later marching band. So I added a brief French horn passage with cello in a short classical treatment to herald the arrival of Venus and a nod to the Renaissance painting of the Goddess of Love.

So there’s an easing of something too tight — perhaps a dance shoe? — before the goosebumps, before the eureka minute, to trip the light fantastic.
