Nathan Boler's demo uses only the sounds from Iron Pack 12 - Prepared Guitar. 

Iron Pack 12 brings you a range of different prepared acoustic guitar string plucks. Each string was modified with various attached bits and pieces of metal wires, scraps, nuts and bolts. You also get a fascinating collection of 14 different synth leads, ambiences and evolving atmospheres that we designed from these highly distressed strings. This 421 MB library for Kontakt and SFZ includes 77 standard pcm wav samples that can be used in any wav-compatible environment.
