It's been over two years since I called it quits with my radio show on deadbeat. Hard to believe it's been that long, but a lot has happened in my life. Despite that, and having less time than I used to, I still listen to and think about music constantly.

 I've been fortunate enough to find love, meaning and happiness for the first time in my life, and the opportunity to experience good music how it's meant to be experienced: in the club and in nature, loud enough to speak to your body via vibrations, on speaker stacks that cost as much and take up as much space as a large vehicle.

 Through all of the lows I've experienced, music has always been there to comfort me and lift me up, when nothing else was. I am forever grateful to music, and to the artists who create it & give me a way to express myself that comes easily and naturally. This is a collection of some of the tunes that moved me the most last year, as well as a few I just can't seem to get enough of. 

This is the start of my path forward, creatively and otherwise. No more going back. All of the struggles are worth it. 

Thanks for taking the time to listen if you did. Also if you happen to be in the position to do so, please book me so I can melt faces with the music I've continued to amass over the last 15 years, and share the sounds that I think need to be shared a lot more often. Haus Catz is the DJ / Production trio made up of Tailspin, DJ PurRpLeXeD, and Pounces. Together their sound revolves around a wide-ranging palette of house, club, and techno with forays into breaks, lo-fi, and leftfield sensibilities. Their first two EPs "Club Nip, Vol. 1" and "Club Nip, Vol. 2" received support from several standout DJs and tastemakers, including Baltra, Martyn Bootyspoon, Ouri and DJ Plead. 

They've hosted multiple residencies in clubs around Denver, and they also throw all-night warehouse parties with capacity crowds featuring top tier talent and high definition sound. They’ve provided direct support for an array of international underground talent, including Leon Vynehall, Ross From Friends and Barry Can't Swim. Recently, Haus Catz have been finalizing more original music that encapsulates the sound and spirit of their live performances - moody, groovy, and pspspsychedelic.
