Jesus' Hidden Years (M2-W12)

This Palm Sunday homily centers on Jesus' quotation of Psalm 22 on the cross, specifically his anguished cry of abandonment. Fr Blair explains that while seemingly scandalous for the Son of God, this act reveals Jesus' profound humanity and solidarity with suffering humanity. By reciting the psalm, which transitions from lament to trust, Jesus not only expressed his own pain but also adopted the cries of all who feel forsaken, offering a model for prayer in times of distress.
