This is a cover of László Tolcsvay's version of "Nemzeti Dal", composed by him in 1973. I originally created it in 2016 using an iPad Pro 10,5", a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, a Røde NT1-A microphone, a Roland EX-7 synth and a children's acoustic guitar + the Apple Loops available in GarabgeBand for iOS at the time. This is a 2026 re-mix of that cover, using Universal Audio's LA-2A compressor emulation and iZotope#s Ozone Mastering plug-in on GarageBand for Mac on a MacBook Pro M1 from 2021. This time I was able to use samples from isolated vocal tracks of Bob Marley's "Get up , Stand up" - accidentally also composed in 1973 and rhyming to the original Hungarian "Talpra magyar" words, that many still identify this song by.
