Just a little concept for a theme that would play if you fought the white cloaked mage rather than the Shadow Mantle in the original game

Based off of BURNING EYES and NORTHERNLIGHT (Both by Toby Fox)

* ...
* Yet, just for a brief moment
* You thought you saw somone reaching out to you


This is a concept thingy I've had in my head for a while, to make it easy its a sort of "what if instead of taking place in the videogame, the quest for the shadow mantle was an actual normal section of the game". So I thought it was really cool to just use that snowy area from the end of chapter 3
This also implies having to fight Ramb in this area to get the shadow mantle
Might make more stuff out of this idea

You can totally tell its a beta! It looks super choppy and unfinished, just bright blue on white...

But for some reason, there's something eerie about it? Something about how simple it is...

And with the beta music playing in the background... and the fact that all of the enemies are already ice statues?

It really feels like something freaky is going on!!! Is this really the beta version...?"

I dunno why but I liked Glaceir. It's a simple yet effective song that really fits the whole uneasy/uncomfortable vibe I had while playing the Sword Route. Made this as a sort of "in-game remaster" of the song, like the game Kris played got a remake/remaster in-universe.

Context: This is a concept thingy I've had in my head for a while, to make it easy its a sort of "what if instead of taking place in the videogame, the quest for the shadow mantle was an actual normal section of the game".

This would play in the "Ice Palace" (O_O) reached only after going through the first area. I know you're probably wondering about Ramb's role in all of this, but don't worry, things will soon be very clear!!

Probably will drop 2/3 more tracks before the secret boss fight theme, hope I'll manage to get some of the artworks done in the meantime

Actual chapter 3 content beyond, like, Tenna?! Preposterous! The Far Lands, a terrain generation quirk in Minecraft from pre-beta 1.8, replaces the Ice Palace here. It is accessed by bridging with barrier blocks off what is seemingly a chunk error.
The Far Lands do have more difficult enemies, but most notably they also have the "Flame Magician", which is required to burn some enemies to a crisp.

The Flame Magician of course represents Pyroscythe, who is at the center of Alphabright's Weird Route (despite replacing Toriel, he has a far more Noelle-esque position in the narrative. This may raise a clue as to who is the roaring knight here), and said route involves making him burn everything to a crisp.
There's also a lesser "weird route" with the actual noelle counterpart in chapter 2, but they can be done separately.
