Pull the Shades

“Fossil Theory” treats the past as a stage trick: no relics, only fractures that still resonate. Guitars dig like excavations, vocals tremble like a fault in the rock. Julien writes that stone can lie too — and sometimes that’s the only way it survives.

this song was originally titled "Haircut" and was going to be a somewhat corny rock song but changed direction after watching an episode of Entourage - it got 4 Tv placements on Nat Geo in 2012/2013 and was used on the NICKELODEON KID'S CHOICE AWARDS 2013 - produced/recorded by me in a hotel room on clearwater beach.. this is a 2025 remastered version

Morrigan’s Howl was a French-Breton band led by Julien Moreau — singer, writer, shadow. Known for their haunting lyrics, analog aesthetics, and theatrical performances, the group released only four official albums before withdrawing from the public eye.

Their sound was a blend of psychedelic folk rock, 70’s ballads, and distorted intimacy. Every song felt like a lost letter. Every show, a ritual.

Rumors say they never truly split. Just vanished.
