God’s Spirit, once confined to the temple, now dwells within us as the living presence of “I AM.” His Spirit intercedes when words fail, restores our inner being, and carries us even as our bodies weaken with age. In His timelessness, we find rest, patience, and covenant assurance. To walk with Him is to surrender our distractions and embrace His eternal peace and unchanging love.

Words have power, whether they're written, spoken, or even mumbled silently in your mind. Science backs this up—what you say to yourself and others shapes your brain, your actions, and ultimately, your results. So why do so many people keep repeating the same phrases and narratives, expecting different outcomes? It’s simple: actions only change when the words say something new. Getting stuck in a loop of frustration, banging your head against the wall trying to reach a goal that feels just out of reach — that struggle is all too real. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the .    But here’s the truth: the most overlooked place to start fixing this isn’t outside you, it’s inside—specifically, in the words you choose. You might blame your circumstances, your workload, your team, or the economy before you ever question what you’re telling yourself and others. Let’s be real—words aren’t just pretty sounds. They have power. They create your reality. If you want to change the outcomes in your life or business, you need to confront the input feeding your mind right now. What you say to yourself daily drives what you ultimately do—or don’t do. The K.I.S.S. ~ Say something new!   So, what can you do to say something new? Here are three practical moves that shift your words and open the door to new results:   Catch Your Default Narratives and Rewrite Them Identify the repetitive statements you say to yourself like a broken record. Example: “I’m not good enough,” “I always fail,” or “This is just how it is.” Once you’re aware of these limiting phrases, challenge them directly. Rewrite your internal script with a statement that points to possibility instead of defeat: “I’m learning,” “Failure is feedback,” or “I’m crafting my own path.” Changing this input rewires your brain to stop sabotaging your progress.   Speak Your Goals in the Present Tense, Not Future Wish If your words around goals live in “I will” or “Someday,” you’re giving your brain permission to put off action. Instead, say what you want as if it’s already happening: “I am attracting clients who value my work,” “I am a confident speaker,” or “I am building a thriving business.” This creates mental alignment and sends your brain a bold message—act like it’s real, and you’ll start moving like it’s real.   Test New Words Out Loud With Others Words have weight, but spoken words carry even more power. Find a trusted friend, mentor, or accountability partner and say those new phrases out loud. Watch how the energy shifts—the confidence grows. Saying something new publicly signals your brain and the world that you’re stepping into a different reality. You’re no longer hiding behind old narratives.   Here’s the bottom line: if your words aren’t changing, your actions won’t either. Stop blaming what’s outside and start cleaning up what’s inside. I have been creating music since my misspent youth. Every song has a story.

I started with sample based tracks via Dance eJay and Acid Music on my x486 PC, the output from which I would describe as interpretive.

My first writing from scratch started with the glorious Yamaha RM1x and subsequently the Yamaha RS7000. With limited responsibility and seemingly endless weekends, I found the creative spark.

I have diddled a bit with my Teenage Engineering OP-1, Novation Circuit and Korg Electribe 2 (see tracks for evidence), and I briefly touched the Native Instruments Maschine MK2 but I didn't have the PC power to run with that.

Once Akai announced the MPC Live, I was positively salivating and purchased on release.

It has always been about an all in one box solution for me, and now I am only limited by my own creativity and precious free time (thanks, kids).

I write things that I like to listen to, but commercial music this is not. I could see my music in a game, artsy video or fever dream.

At least, when it's all done, I can say that I made some nice noise, even if nobody else thinks so.
