Everything is made of vibration. In music and sound, you can literally hear this vibration.
The number of vibrations per second (frequency) determines the pitch of a tone. We can only hear sound and music within a certain frequency range. Your body and energy system also resonate at a certain frequency.

In my experience, 432 Hz enters through the heart and then flows through the rest of the body (including the head), while 440 Hz comes in much more through the head (the forehead chakra) and therefore keeps you “in your head”.

When we tune music to 432 Hz, we tend to live more from the heart and less from the mind. That is what I feel, again and again.
