This is a very rough scratch track for a new song I'm working on! It's called 'Caught in the Middle' and talks about navigating the difficult spot between "the rock" (stability, what people expect of you) and "the heart place" (being called to things that are less predictable, reliable, and that are often not as lucrative). I hope it may speak to others going through a similar feeling.

Pk Live, teve seu primeiro contato com a música
eletrônica por volta de 1994 e após alguns anos já
estava cortando e colando pedaços de fitas K7
criando seus próprios playlists.
Um pesquisador afinco e extremamente exigente,
preza pelas construções de atmosferas e cria
momentos únicos em suas apresentações se
aproveitando seja do horário, clima, ambiente
sempre analisando o local e escolhendo a
construção que irá fazer.
Atualmente é um dos idealizadores da Progression
(Datas de Progressivo dentro do D-Edge Club em
São Paulo), também um dos sócios da Unik ID que
foi pioneira no Progressivo na cidade de São
Paulo), sócio na Secret Encounters que é uma
festa itinerante de Progressivo e Deep House além
de um dos residentes no Inprogress desde sua
fundação. Já tocou em grandes clubs e festivais
como D-Edge Festival, Zeigteist Curitiba, Lions
Club, Trackers, D-Edge entre outros.
Alguns momentos que marcaram sua trajetória:
- Quando o Dj Martin Garcia deu parte do seu
horário no Line para o Dj PK Live que não estava
no Line da festa.
- Ter recebido a pista na primeira edição da mão do
Cid Inc. e fazer um encerramento que fez com que
todos se emocionassem e muitos (as) até
chorassem.
- Também quando estava fazendo o warm up para
o Dj Nick Warren, ele chegou e disse que gostou
do warm up cedendo parte do horário do SET dele
e só depois disso assumir a pista para ele.
Considerado por muitos como um DJ na essência
da palavra e acredita que a musicalidade tem
sempre que estar acima de qualquer interesse.

I'm a pianist, musical theatre composer, artist, writer, and closet puppeteer spreading as much joy as possible through music, art, and silly videos.

Hristo Lazarov is known in the electronic music scene by his stage name “Hrystem”. Born in Gabrovo/Bulgaria, from a very young age his interest and passion for electronic music was obvious and unstoppable for Hristo. For him, the focus has always been music. Gracing the stage with his undeniably strong presence both on and off stage, it would be hard to find someone with the same level of passion and focus on music. Playing for all the local Tech House and Techno events, he delivers an unforgettable experience that only he can offer, combining dynamic, punchy basslines with progressive melancholic melodies and deep sounds.

In recent years, HRYSTEM has made his breakthrough and has played alongside foreign DJs such as: GAGA(HU), Frank Deka(ITA), Mateo!(HU), Newest(HU), as well as a number of Bulgarian artists: DJ Versus, Stephan Gee, Murch, Chobi and many more.

He takes listeners on sonic adventures, moving from Tech House, Melodic House and Complex Techno to pumping Peak-Time beats, his performances are full of energy and are designed to keep the audience curious and engaged.
