Silent Sphere is the psy- and progressive trance project formed by Simon Weber (CH) and Janiv Damti (CH/ISR). Both from Berne (Switzerland), they had been sharing a studio for over a decade until they started producing together in 2013, when after a creative break Janiv joined the project, which had originally been initiated by Simon in 1999. At this point Silent Sphere was the first live-act in Switzerland. 

Having performed at indoor and outdoor psychedelic events all over the world, both continue their path through psychedelic trance - with influences from progressive trance, full-on, and techno - to bring joy and love to dancefloors with their truly unique and cutting edge sound. 

Following the release of the debut album “Dance” (2004), “Mind Games” (2005) and “The Singles” in 2008, they went on to release several EP’s on various labels. Silent Sphere now emerge from a rebirth and take a fresh new step with their upcoming album which will be released on Iboga Records.

Psy-Nation Radio is a new monthly podcast conceived and hosted by two of the most prominent artists and DJs in the Psytrance culture - Liquid Soul & Ace Ventura. Nicola Capobianco & Yoni Oshrat decided that it’s about time that Psytrancers have a serious Podcast dedicated to what’s new in the world of Psy, and give more exposure to music and the musicians behind it. We created METHANOIA in March (2020) with the goal of bringing you refreshing and powerful sounds, blending hypnotic melodies with trippy effects. We will take you to a journey where you will feel alive translating the music into your own story. We have a lot of influence by organic sounds and instruments making our psytrance/ progressive psytrance digestible and easy to follow, of course we don’t forget our roots that’s why we have powerful baselines to trip you away and bring you back soaked from us.

We come from a parallel universe bringing you awesome music, METHANOIA is made up by 2 parts (J and C), we started producing around 10 years ago and we first created DenCity full of Psytrance then a few years later we made BitterSweet being our progressive trance project.

Our music is influenced by a lot of psytrance producers having tastes from everywhere, Israel and Brazil mostly. We can say we´re in the middle of them blending several styles and types of psytrance.
