O período para a declaração do Imposto sobre a Propriedade Territorial Rural (ITR) já está aberto em todo o país, e os proprietários de imóveis rurais precisam ficar atentos para não perder o prazo. Em 2025, a Receita Federal estipulou que a entrega da declaração deve ser feita até 30 de setembro.

Para reforçar a importância do cumprimento dessa obrigação, o presidente do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rurais de Lauro Müller, José Ribeiro, e a secretária Patricia Demarch Ribeiro participaram do programa Cruz de Malta Notícias nesta quarta-feira (27). Eles reforçaram a orientação aos agricultores sobre como proceder com a declaração e esclarecer dúvidas sobre quem está obrigado a entregar.

O ITR é um tributo federal anual que incide sobre propriedades rurais, e a falta de declaração pode gerar multas e complicações com a Receita Federal. É fundamental que todos os proprietários estejam atentos. Além de evitar penalidades, manter a declaração em dia garante a regularidade do imóvel, essencial para financiamentos e programas agrícolas.

O Sindicato está à disposição para auxiliar os associados durante todo o período da declaração. Oferecendo suporte para quem tiver dificuldades, para que nenhum produtor fique em situação irregular.

A declaração é obrigatória para pessoas físicas ou jurídicas que possuem, a qualquer título, imóvel rural, e deve ser feita exclusivamente pela internet, por meio do programa gerador disponível no site da Receita Federal.

O prazo para entrega vai até 30 de setembro, e após essa data será aplicada multa de 1% ao mês sobre o valor do imposto devido, com valor mínimo de R$ 50,00.
