A long jam session in three stages of immersion into the music. I don't know if the immersion increases or decreases or deceases. We do it for pleasure and for the sake of dedication.

Roughly a year ago, Jay asked me to teach him how to play the guitar. Life got busy as usual and we drifted until recently when we caught up and had a little jam session. To our surprise, the session flowed more naturally than we expected. Sure, there were plenty of wrong notes and rough patches, but beneath it all, we could feel the synergy starting to form. This clip captures that moment—raw, imperfect, but full of promise. I had stopped practicing lately and this moment inspired me back to get back into it. After the little bit of time spent last year dabbling in music, it was nice to be able to glance at his chord notes and improvise on the piano, figuring things out on the fly. Uploading this snipped for progress sake.

Got together for a second jam session last month with Jay. Made a beat on the MPC, hopped on the keys and cut up some jazz  with Jay on the guitar. Sax is cut from Mandy - Aching.
