Today, much of the entertainment industry is grossly over run by the desires of the world and any lust's of the flesh that can be imagined. 

Music is no exception. 
As Christians we are to take in that which reflects God' glory, "we are what we eat." Today that has become harder because what we think is wholesome and orientated on and in God, somehow ends up focusing back to self, the world, prosperity or promotes false doctrine and counterfeit worship. 

We are not just for one group, culture, background, genre, person, class, etc. We are for God and His children. 
We are called to "Go Therefore" to all nations, teaching to observe all He has commanded until He comes in the clouds and takes us HOME!

My father, Bishop Milton E. Rochford taught me to play my first jingle on the piano at 7 years old. After a little schooling I developed my ear by sitting under some of my mentor's; professor Benny Cummings, Willard Meek’s (aka: golden fingers) and my good friend Pastor Donnie McClurkin, just to name a few. Pastor Mark Reddick taught me my first song, "God has smiled on me" by James Cleveland. Music is my obsession, second only to my joy of studying God’s word. The Word, undergirding my music provides heavenly melodic medicine. Take your daily medication! To God be all the glory!

This podcast is recorded in my car as I drive to work. I do it this way so that I can work through ideas organically without the luxury of a Bible or any other books to fall back on. This way I know how I sound when I talk on these subjects and I can listen back to what I said and see the path and progression of my own theology and understanding of Jesus. I do not edit so as to keep discussions as raw and real as possible, although I do pause from time to time, like when I recently spilled my coffee or when I get a call.
