Sonic Griot is a DJ and experimental artist. 

A third culture kid, she weaves the sights and sounds of her pan-African upbringing into her work and performance. 

Sonic Griot is best known for curating vibes with African electronic dance music. She's also known for her eclectic aesthetic, love of dance and deep connection with her audience. 

Sonic Griot is one of three members of Afrique Like Me, a collective known for creating the Eko Electronic genre of Afro electronic music, and producing Toronto's largest African electronic dance music party.
