House music

After being introduced to electronic music back in the early 90's in Los Angeles, a teenage David Flores was hooked. He started DJing across Southern California on the DIY warehouse, backyard, desert, and rave circuit. His style then was as varied as the local scene - a myriad of sounds ranging from house to acid to techno to hardcore. After a few years solely DJing, he began releasing original music under the monikers David F & Audio Injection, which landed him on labels such as Monoid, Stimulus, 4 Track & LA label Droid Recordings. His association with Droid Behavior began in 2003 as resident at the now defunct yet infamous and internationally acclaimed Interface event series alongside Drumcell and Raiz. He currently runs a new event series together with Drumcell and Oktaform named “Observe”.

In early 2011, he started the project Truncate to focus on the deeper, raw side of techno. His Truncate releases early on gained critical acclaim from world class underground talent such as Modeselektor, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Chris Liebing, Speedy J, DVS1, Luke Slater, Ben Sims, Josh Wink, Eats Everything, Joris Voorn, and many more. Since then, he has provided remixes for artists across the musical spectrum including Kink, Slam, Loco Dice, Ben Sims, Josh Wink, Ellen Alien, Miss Kittin, Carl Cox & Nicole Moudaber. He has also released original works on 50 Weapons, Ultramajic, Blueprint, Ei8ht, Figure and of course his own imprint Truncate. He has also collaborated with Jimmy Edgar, Chambray and most recently started a new project with Ben Sims as ‘Assailants’ which they’ve released on their own imprint ‘Obscurity Is Infinite’.

A rigorous international tour schedule has since followed, including stops and regular appearances at the most prestigious venues and events, including Berghain in Berlin, Fabric in London, Concrete in Paris, The Movement Festival in Detroit, Womb in Tokyo, Dimensions Festival in Croatia, Awakenings in Amsterdam, Output in New York, and many more.

With his heavy remix, production and touring schedule there is still no slowing down for David. He continues to shape an evolving sound and to champion the Los Angeles underground.

Okay, okay. Quick history backstory.  Drums as a child, and through his 20's.  Turntables, and loads of vinyl before entering the digital realm.  Nick has been busy with all that noise for two and half decades.  Growing up on rock, grunge, 90's electronic, hip hop, and everything in between rounded out his senses for music, and what appealed to him.  A taste ever evolving leaving him playing house, techno, minimal, acid, downtempo, and breakbeat.  Now with over 20 years of experience you can expect great track selection, crowd reading, and flawless mixing.  This journey has seen him play in cities through Western Canada, and with larger acts from abroad including the likes of Mark Farina, Tipper, Kevin Yost, James Teej, Pezzner, Dirt Crew, Detroit Swindle, Noah Pred, Rob Paine, and many more.  

After spending many years as a key part of Left Coast Crew in Victoria BC as a DJ/Promoter, he is back In Saskatchewan where he started this journey. The new vision is to rekindle his old connections and push his promotion brand The Motive To Move (TM2) to new heights, and entertain as many party people as possible.

Capetonian DJ and Producer Matt Prehn's musical journey started in the mid-90s when vinyl ruled the Rave and social media didn't exist. Inspired by the sounds emanating from SA's underground clubs and after-hour parties Matt began producing his own music and later founded Oh So Coy and Rogue Decibels, the labels amassing over 200 digital and 10 vinyl releases to date. 

He's been recognized as one of the "Traxsource Top 100 Deep House Artists" and has released music on acclaimed labels such as Large Music, i! Records, King Street and Tango. With a career spanning 20+ years Matt has performed locally at Truth, Era, We House Sundays, Mzolis and gigged internationally in England, France, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Amsterdam.

Luis del Villar is one of Barcelona and Ibiza’s musical gems. With over 30 years in the music business, he began spinning in various clubs around Barcelona in 1985. In 2010, Luis del Villar began a series of successful nights in Barcelona, which was the perfect backdrop to the already sexy house sounds that he had been known to entice audiences with. His regular residences in the city included Pacha, Buddha Bar, Oshum, Catwalk, Roxy Blue, City Hall and a list of other well known venues. 

Now playing all around the world in the most exclusive clubs and private parties thanks to his global known podcast “Ibiza Sensations”. His sessions have more than 50 million downloads since 2010, making him the most listened Spanish dj in the world thru podcasting and considered a “must see” Dj in the international scene with his silky and sophisticated sound of luxury. Number 1 on iTunes in more than 20 countries and the only one Spanish dj in the USA and UK iTunes top 100 regularly. The podcast is also air played in up to 100 radio stations around the world from Russia to Philippines, USA to South Africa, Spain to Brazil.

During the winter season he had been resident dj at Eclipse Bar inside the iconic W Hotel in Barcelona and played in w venues around the globe. Mark Andrew has been mixing since the early nineties and is a keen vinyl purist, collector and aficionado of all things electronic music.

Mark first got into DJing in 1991 after listening to Carl Cox and Stu Allen on Key 103 the year before and started buying records then also.

He then put on his own night on in the  Apollo Dance Club  in 1993 and has DJ`d at numerous nights over the years including

The Lemon Lounge, Goosebumps, Coconut Grove, Wooky hollow & Save The Jungle to name a few. He has also Dj'd in the free party scene in wales playing upfront techno to the masses,
 
He had his own weekly radio show on Trax Radio for 7 years, before that was guest most weeks on Seven Waves Radio Wirral. 

Mark prefers to mix on vinyl as its an adrenaline rush being on the edge of messing the mix up but has embraced the digital side of things.

Mark has rekindled his deep down love for jungle and hardcore music recently, after him first starting off DJing all them years ago with these genres,

After falling in love with electronic music at the age of 10, he began DJing in 2004 – and it didn’t take long before he was hosting his own shows on Skranglebass.no and Chicagohousefm.com, showcasing a deep love and passion for underground house and techno.

Over the years, he’s been involved in several projects and collaborations, including co-founding Flosshatt Digital, a Norwegian house label focused on the funkier and rawer edges of the genre. Later came Chiraya – a deeper, more experimental venture exploring lo-fi house and techno with a 90s flavour releasing both digitally and on vinyl.

Whether spinning records or producing tracks, Inyourphase’s sound leans towards bumpy, quirky tech, layered with dusty samples, jacking rhythms and off-grid funk. His music is about feel, not polish – rooted in the moment, and always from the heart.
