Con motivo del 50º aniversario de Fire, Water, Earth & Air, la obra cumbre de Jane, viajamos hasta Hannover para repasar la discografía de una banda que nunca tuvo el reconocimiento internacional que posiblemente mereció. Contamos su historia, desde sus comienzos, cuando Peter Panka, Klaus Hess y Werner Nadolny decidieron cambiar de instrumentos y estilo y fundaron Jane, una de las mejores bandas que han salido de Alemania. También hablamos del sello Brain, que tuvo una trayectoria paralela a la del grupo, del productor de la banda, el ingeniero, músico y genio Conny Plank y de historias locas del kraut como las protagonizadas por el dueño del sello Ohr, Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser.

For the first Monde Soniq Cave takeover at Chinese Laundry, we brought together a group of selectors shaping the sound of Sydney/Eora’s underground.

Across almost six hours of music, the Cave moved through deep grooves, global rhythms, bass pressure and rave energy. Each artist stepped in with their own voice, building a journey that flowed from techno grooves till global club energy.

Back in New York City for the first time since last summer, the poet returned to the city for a series of hidden slam performances — private gatherings revealed only through numerical entry links sent quietly to fans who understood the signals.

No posters.
No public ticket pages.

Just numbers.

Those who followed the coded links secured their entry, and every room filled quickly. The North American leg of the tour sold out completely, leaving only whispers of where the poet might appear next.

Now the next movement waits across the ocean.

The Europe leg begins in 174 days.

But the night this piece was written, something else opened.

The room was quiet when 1046 performed. Not quiet out of politeness — quiet because the audience could feel the words digging into something deeper than entertainment. When the poet speaks, it feels less like performance and more like signal transmission.

After the show, David mentioned a woman.

She had been watching the entire set closely — not just listening, but studying the rhythm of the numbers inside the lines. She came to the show to welcome the poet back to the city.

The poet, guided by codes and quiet clues, left her a note after the show.

No phone number.
No explanation.

Just a message pointing toward David’s Tribeca loft for a quiet wine session and conversation.

That was the first time the two exchanged words.

Jane noticed something most people overlook.

She told the poet:

“You’re cool… honest… funny too. But the way you talk… it feels coded. Like medieval encryption written in numbers.”

Later that night, the energy shifted.

The beat lifted in the studio.

The voice changed.

A text arrived.

“I’m about to go check in.”

At that exact moment, the Poerake stone around the poet’s wrist began to glow.

David looked across the room and said quietly:

“You shifted.”

The pen moved.

From 7 back to 6.

The studio session that followed felt ancient — like something older than the room had entered the conversation.

The poet opened the mirror.

And through that mirror, Celestial Drizzy stepped into the room — not physically, but through presence, through frequency.

To outsiders, it looks like coordinates.

But inside the poet’s world, it is a chant.

A numerical call used to summon the poet’s celestial brother frequency — the signal that opens the channel between the poet and the presence that guides him when the words shift beyond normal language.

David understands this code.

He has seen it happen.

Whenever he sees those numbers written or glowing inside the art, his eyes begin to water — not from sadness, but from recognition.

Because he knows what the numbers mean.

He has heard the poet enter that space before.

He once said quietly:

“1046 poetry is one of the deepest core taps I’ve ever heard in my life.”

The numbers are not decoration.

They are the call.

And when the chant appears, the mirror opens again.

Somewhere in the middle of that night — between poetry, wine, silence, and numbers — the signal became a name.
