„Cornerstone” is the opening track of the album Jazz Report From the Hood. Without any unnecessary introductions, it kicks off with a strong jazz punch. Piano and trumpet deliver short yet expressive solos, carving out a theme full of pulse and character.

The title speaks for itself: it's the foundation, the cornerstone, the bedrock of the neighborhood stories the band aims to tell. Many of these stories begin right at the street corner. 

“Cornerstone” is an invitation to step into the world of Jazz Report from the Hood — street rhythms and jazz, forming a bold and modern urban fusion. The full album is set to be released in autumn 2025 via Astigmatic Records.

el12 Opole Politechnic Band - Generacja 2.0 to nowy projekt muzyczny, którego premiera miała miejsce 22 maja 2021 roku podczas II rejsu IX edycji "Z orkiestrą po Odrze". Pomysł i kształt zespołu narodził się w październiku 2020 roku podczas jednego z wieczorów XXIV edycji Warsztatów Muzycznych. Pomysłodawcą projektu jest Przemysław Ślusarczyk. Zespół rozpoczął pracę nad nowym repertuarem w styczniu 2021 roku. Repertuar stanowią utwory z pogranicza jazzu, rocka, popu, z elementami bluesa wzbogacone o improwizacje. Działalność zespołu jest niekomercyjna.

Zespół tworzą muzycy rekrutujący się z Orkiestry Politechniki Opolskiej i Orkiestry Dętej Opolskiego Elektryczniaka:
