Marian Jelínek je nezaměnitelná osobnost českého sportovního koučinku. Jako hokejový trenér má na kontě zlato z MS 2005, 2× titul s HC Sparta Praha a Presidentův pohár s HC Plzeň. Dlouhé roky byl koučem Jaromíra Jágra a s nadějnými mladými sportovci spolupracuje dodnes, včetně několika olympioniků. Kromě toho je manažer a autor řady knih. Jeho tématem je hledání „X faktoru“, který odlišuje úspěšné lidi od těch druhých.
