The story is told in four different timelines and the main story takes place 2029 in which Alrik and a unit of USMC special forces, the "Black Ultramarines", re-enter our timeline from the year 20.000 AD. Their mission is to put an end to the political madness unfolding in Europe, which would otherwise endanger the rest of the free Western world.
