This week's bedroom mix had a net gain in payoff versus risk. Again, not perfect, but I don;'t expect them to be when I don't plan them. Most of these didn't even have extra cue points! It is also much darker than last week's, and some of these haven't had their time in the sun yet. But, oh boy, did they shine. No idea how I overlook some of these until the last minute.

So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the east side of the city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow, till he might see what would become of the city.

And the Lord God prepared a gourd, and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his head, to deliver him from his grief. So Jonah was exceeding glad of the gourd.

But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that it withered.

JONA born as Jonathan Frans
He started his music career at the music Academy Amsterdam in 2000. After learning the music theory he learned to play the tools classical piano, violin, saxophone and flute, and he uses his music knowledge and tools                                   to create his own music.
After spending some time in the Dance scene his interest in music evolved.
He started in the R & B scene on Vinyl and made a choice after a time to his current music style.
His genre is a mix of Melodic House, Progressive and techno.
Today he create’s his own style NEW MUSIC in all his genres,
he has also made several own tracks.
JONA played and turned the decks in several clubs like:

Club Montreal, Club Shaft, La Rocca Lier, Paradise,
Several events @ home and abroad.
JONA worked with several DJs and Producers like:

As the son of a professional flamenco singer, Thomas has always been surrounded by music.  Exposure to flamenco influenced him because it has a dynamic range of emotions—from the "deep singing" style of cante hondo, to the more lively alegrias.  He has also worked in the corporate, independent, and online music industry for a number of years.  At one point he was a Content Manager for the Electronic Music genre at MP3.com, where he screened over 500 songs per day.  Exposure to a wide range of music explains the range of genres in his mixes—he uses whatever carries the mood.  From listening to Umm Kulthum's "Enta Omri" in his childhood, to New Wave and  Industrial as a teen, it became difficult for him to stick to one sound. Though vinyl was his original format of choice when he started in the 90s, the use of digital mixing has helped him better form soundscapes to expand your headspace.  Let him play with your moods for a spell.
