Couldn't find this one here and was surprised. Probably one of the best sets to close Movement Fest. Digweed in the pouring rain, putting on a clinic. The stage was flooded and people were just dancing in huge puddles. Most of these sets don't have the last song that was played after his set ended. People just wanted more. When the festival ended on Sunday night at 11 PM, we kept going at the campsite. Together with the @Lowfriends crew, we threw our own unofficial afterparty for everyone who wasn’t ready to stop dancing.

I played nothing but tracks I love: fresh house tunes, banging 80s and 90s classics, breakbeat, electro.

And even when everything had to go quiet — we kept it alive with a silent disco.

Played deep into the night. It was unreal!

On the bass-drenched Planet Wub, deep in the heart of Funkopolis, stands the legendary Phazerdrome — part rave temple, part war machine, part sacred subwoofer cathedral. They say it was built by the First Bass Priests to keep the planet’s pulse aligned with the cosmic rhythm.

When the twin suns set and the jungles glow with neon spores, the Phazerdrome comes alive. Alien war-dancers in mechanized tribal armor gather in the arena as colossal phaser towers lock onto the beat. Each bass hit sends shockwaves across the city, rattling starships in low orbit. Every snare crack triggers laser storms, painting the sky with rhythm-controlled light.

Hello friends, 
  I began dipping my toe into DJing in the mid 90s. Dissatisfied with the endless loop of the 7-10 songs on pop radio cracking out of the speakers in the salon I was working, I decided to try and bring my own music collection to the shop. I was an avid (possibly obsessive) collector of lounge, electronic, ambient and dance type music. Im embarrassed to say what I must have spent in those days at Oak Lawn Records, Tower, and Virgin - may they all rest in peace - but it also began time to get some equipment. I purchased some equipment, albeit simple rudimentary gear at my local guitar center and began making compilations at first, and mixes as I progressed and developed more of a skill and ear for it.
 Today I enjoy playing different types of sets and venues. I typically do a monthly show at one of the more underground-friendly spots in Dallas where i can play out some dance melting bangers, as well as more lounge and downtempo sets for hotel lobbies, art galleries and the like.
