To Judge or Not to Judge

"Judge not lest you be judged!". "Who are you to judge me?". "I'm just living my truth". We have a tendency to look at scripture through the lens of what words mean in our culture. In Jesus' day "to judge" had a different connotation. What is Jesus really trying to say to us in this passage?
