Currents - Delusion (Performance by Jvytee)

The official SoundCloud platform for Johnathan Thomas, or as his stage name reads, Jvytee (pronounced JT). Not everything you hear on this page is finished work. Johnathan uploads demos to show people what he's working on from time to time.

Elysium, Johnathan's first professional musical endeavor was founded in late 2013 as fun but later became an official band at the beginning of 2014. Immediately after, Johnathan got with Jon Eberhard (Jon was in Down&Dirty, he has toured with Vesta Collide, and he has worked on I, Prevails most recent work as well as Skillets), and Reuben Boyle and got to work. On October 31st of 2014, Elysium released, "The Fall from Grace," a 5 track EP with two extra songs as well. Elysium played a couple of shows, but Johnathan made the decision for Elysium to part ways with the other members and it became his only focus. In 2017 he and Jon Eberhard released the single Obscurus. Because of Obscurus Johnathan has been able to become acquainted with and has made friends with some of the biggest names in the metal scene. Lukas Magyar of Veil of Maya, Alan Rigdon (ex Erra) of The Artificials, Chris Wiseman of Currents and Shadow of Intent (JTs two favorite bands), and even CJ McMahon of Thy Art is Murder. In 2018 Johnathan placed Elysium on hiatus due to focusing on his personal life and his relationship, looking back he has stated that his true love is writing music more than anything and it will be his life's work.

He is currently working hard to bring you all new music from his new project called Incvrsions. EP to be announced soon.
