Big Bells Records is proud to present Psico Noise, a collaborative EP from Argentine producer Frand and Sri Lankan artist Esh (SL), arriving July 2026 with a remix from returning label favourite Kay-D.

Some records are made by geography. Others are made despite it. Psico Noise is firmly the latter, a transatlantic creative partnership forged between two corners of the world with a shared instinct for driving, emotionally intelligent progressive house. The fact that Argentina and Sri Lanka find common ground on a dance floor should surprise no one who knows both scenes. This EP is the proof.

Frand arrives from one of progressive house music's most celebrated homelands. Argentina has long been one of the great poles of progressive house globally, and its producers carry a fierce loyalty to underground progressive sounds. His presence on Big Bells Records marks a significant addition to the label's growing South American connection.

Esh (SL) is a familiar and welcome name on the label. The Sri Lankan artist previously appeared on Big Bells Records' VA Big Bells & Storytellers Vol. 07 compilation, where his track "Somewhere Between" established him as a producer of genuine atmosphere and craft. Psico Noise is his second release on the imprint and a significant step forward.

The remix duties fall to Kay-D, Hungarian producer Krisztian Kajdi, a seasoned and widely respected figure in the progressive house world. His first EP was released on CLS Music in March 2008, and he went on to produce more than 300 EPs and remixes. His releases on Big Bells Records now number three, and his return here confirms a relationship built on consistent mutual trust.

Together, Psico Noise represents everything Big Bells Records stands for: independent artists from different continents, different cultures, and different musical traditions finding each other through a shared commitment to quality underground sound. This is a label that does not chase geography. It finds talent wherever talent lives.

Alain Pauwels is a progressive house dj/producer based near Antwerp, Belgium.
Led by a profound love for electronical music, surrounded by passionate professionals, practitioners and a supportive progressive house family, Alain has been driven to share his passion of mixing sublime tracks and to bring joy across all boundaries.
Inspired by pioneers in the scene such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Marcelo Vasami amongst others and many well-respected labels, Alain started to dedicate himself in creating uplifting progressive house mixing, with an occasional flavor of deep house, organic house and melodic techno.
As from end-2018 Alain has his own ‘PROGRESSIVA’ show on Proton Radio, a US based digital radio station which also runs its own record label. Alain invites every month an international artist to provide a guest mix for the show. Alain also has residency on XBeat Radio, a French/Belgian digital radio station, providing his monthly ‘Elements’ podcast. 
His live dj performing path re-started mid-2019, after a sabbatical of nearly 20 years coming from the vinyl age. In that same year he became, and till date still is, resident at the Connecting Souls nights by Clay van Dijk. Ever since Alain has performed in clubs and on events where he shared the decks with Hermanez, Eran Aviner, Madloch, Lost Desert, Kasper Koman, Nicolas Rada, Marcelo Vasami, Alex O'Rion, Dmitry Molosh, Danny Howells and Eichenbaum amongst others.
As from end-2019 Alain has started a collaboration with French producer Arnold Toutain, which resulted till date in productions which are released on Nature Rec, Musique de Lune, Future Avenue, 3rd Avenue and INTU Music. Each release has been supported by ‘El Maestro’ Hernan Cattaneo and many other well-respected artists in the community. Alain has started as well a collaboration with Argentinian dj/producer Valen Gonzalez, receiving already early support in these and released on onedotsixtwo, LuPS and Mango Alley.
Watch out for Alain as the coming years will bring more new music and gigs, which makes him here to stay!

LuPS Records [Locked Up Progressive Sounds] was founded by Jacco Oude Kotte (aka Jacco@Work) in March 2008 and is based upon the experiences of making 5 years of radioshows and mixes for PureDJ.com, Dynamix-radio, Purefm, ETN.fm and many other stations. Besides that Jacco@Work is around in the musicbusiness for more then 30 years now and has had releases on labels like Mistique, Mistique Digital, OLD SQL, No Smoking, Silk Digital, Bellarine Recordings, Carica Deep, Segment Records, Standby Records, Panda Recordings.

LuPS Records stands for the opportunity to discover the true meaning of progressive house music. Progressive house music in its pure form. Straight from the heart into the mind and body. ‘Heart over Mind’ so to speak

Furthermore the label aims to bring you the finest Progressive House  from established and new breed producers from all around the world.

Over the past 18 years LuPS has proven to be a solid and respectable player in the international Progressive House dancescene. The label has brought forth a couple of new breed talented artists. Besides that LuPS works with many established remixers.
