Conrads Subs is back on Dirtbox with his first full length feature EP.

And it's only fitting he lends his talents to our ever growing Rock N Rollerz series.
Adam needs no introduction as his music has been doing the talking for the last few years as he has secured his spot as one of the go-to producers in drum and bass.

Adam Krolik, the mind behind the Conrad Subs moniker, is a name that barely needs an introduction. 

Over the last few years, his unmistakable sound has carved out a permanent place in the drum & bass scene. With releases across legendary imprints like Metalheadz, Hospital, RAM, Symmetry, 31 Records, and Liquid V (to name just a few), his tracks have racked up millions of streams and earned global support from the genre’s heavyweights.

After his standout cuts “Only Want” and “Leave Them Behind” on our Vibe City LP in 2024, we’re
thrilled to have him back in the fold. This EP delivers some of the slickest rollers we’ve ever had the pleasure of releasing that all hit hard while keeping things deep and dynamic.

I've been on a bit of a creative tangent for a while now as the listeners may have noticed. I've been a lover of music since i was young and being a dj for geez, 26 years now, sometimes I need a break from the usual to plug back in to my creativity and refresh my interest in my go to genre. Working on the Abstract Series with B.Helix and delving into the Loungin' style jazzy and soulful DnB has been creatively enjoyable and I've actually learned some new mixing styles and strategies...always learning and growing as an artist. I'm not the best but man...I love music and truly appreciate all of you who have supported the series as listeners and artists over the years, hat tip to all of you.

So here ya go, it's an upbeat and diverse mix full of vocal and high energy tunes, heavy basslines, soul, funk, classic rock, tech, amen breaks, and jungle vibes. Style of the mix was in large part inspired by the homie Don't Look's banger set at a recent show here in Roanoke, so hat tip to you as well sir. Collaborating with a close friend, I, DTFF, bring to you my Finale. It provides more of a vibe to this year's finale as opposed to previous energetic finales. But I hope this showcases some of the really fun mixing styles along with really fun songs I found throughout the year. One of the big focal points for me throughout this season was to be more intentional with my song selections and transitions. I found that I needed to be more focused on one genre throughout the entire mix, rather than hop around to all genres that I enjoyed.
