👸 Loreley is a mystical figure from the upper Middle Rhine Valley. I lived nearby and absorbed her legends and myths. So it is only logical to dedicate a song to her. To her, who has been sung about, written about and painted many times. 👨‍🎨

I wrote this song at the beginning of 2021. Now I've re-recorded and remixed it. 
The working title was ‘Aero’.  Some times I experimented a bit with speech generation. That's why you hear ‘electric music’ spoken in German (elektrische Musik) in the song. Hence the subtitle: elektrische Musik

Anfang des Jahres 2021 habe ich diesen Song geschrieben. Nun, ich habe ihn neu aufgenommen und abgemischt. 
Der Arbeitstitel lautete "Aero" Irgendwann hab ich etwas mit Sprachgenerierung experimentiert. Darum hört ihr im Song "elektrische Musik" auf deutsch gesprochen. Daher auch der Untertitel: elektrische Musik

The title is motivated by some new sounds I have created. The sounds for Blofeld, Microwave, ANA 2 and other synths are partly orientated on the sound of orchestral instruments from the woodwind section.
But since this is a classic EM track, I designed the video accordingly. There are hints of electronic music from the 80s/90s in the song and the video.

Der Titel ist Motiviert durch einige neue Sounds die ich erstellt habe. Die Klänge für Blofeld, Microwave, ANA 2 und andere Synth orientieren sich teilweise an dem Klang von Orchester Instrumenten aus der Abteilung Holzbläser.
Das es sich aber um einen klassischen EM Track handelt, habe ich das Video auch dementsprechend gestaltet. Im Song und im Video finden sich Andeutungen zu elektronischen Musik der 80/90er Jahre.

The Huble Space Telescope captured an image of the Tiger's Eye Galaxy in February 2011. The spiral galaxy is also known as NGC2841. NGC 2841 is an unbarred spiral galaxy in the northern circumpolar constellation. It was discovered by German astronomers as early as 1788.
I was so fascinated by this image that Huble created that I simply had to make a song about it. So let's embark on a long journey, because NGC2841 is around 46 million light years away from us.

Das Huble-Weltraumteleskop hat im Februar 2011 ein Bild der Tigerauge-Galaxie aufgenommen. Die Spiralgalaxie ist auch als NGC 2841 bekannt. NGC 2841 ist eine Spiralgalaxie im nördlichen Sternbild Zirkumpolar. Sie wurde bereits im Jahr 1788 von deutschen Astronomen entdeckt.
Ich war von diesem Bild, das Huble schuf, so fasziniert, dass ich einfach ein Lied darüber machen musste. Begeben wir uns also auf eine lange Reise, denn NGC2841 ist rund 46 Millionen Lichtjahre von uns entfernt.

Als Chloroplast bezeichnet man Zellen die Photosynthese betreiben. Eisn wesentlicher Bestandteil ist das Chlorophyll. Von ihnen haben die Pflanze ihre grüne Farbe.
Dieser Song ist dem Verein für Elektronische Musik gewidmet, der schallwende e.V. Im diesen Jahr habe ich die Eher auf der jährlich erscheinen schallplatte vertreten zu sein. Die Schallplatte 28 ist gerade erschienen und auf ihr ist das Stück Nr. 7, mit dem Namen Chlrophyl B, welches aus meiner Feder stammt, enthalten. Ich gratuliere hiermit auch allen anderen Teilnehmern der Scene für die ausserordentlich gelungenen CD. Als Dankeschön für die Teilnahme gibt es diesen Track "Chloroplast".

This song is dedicated to the Association for Electronic Music, schallwende e.V. This year, I have the honour of being featured on their annual record release. Da dieser Song einer meiner Favoriten ist, habe ich beschlossen ihn mir noch einmal vor zu nehmen. Ich habe einige Synth-Sounds ausgetauscht und dezent modifiziert. Neu abgemischt klingt er... ach hört einfach selbst.

I returned after the hearing loss (deaf in the right ear) and a long abstinence to electronic music in 2014/16.
While I used to make music exclusively on hardware synthesizers in my early days, a number of virtual instruments are now in use. My DAW is Ableton Live with a lot of Plugins ;-)
For many years, I have only been able to hear on one hearing. This makes it difficult for me to mix them but I give my best.
Besides music, photography is my great passion, that's also where my artist name comes from. Therefore all pictures and photos that can be seen on Sondcloud are my own work.
