After Efx is an Austin, Texas based Techno artist, specializing in high-octane Hardgroove with elements of deep, tribal, and grooving techno. His sound is catered to the dancefloor with fast-paced, rolling, and layered textures that keep the people moving. His sets and productions aim to blend global influences with a gritty, homegrown intensity all while staying true to the soul of groove-oriented techno. As one of the upcoming voices championing Hardgroove in the U.S., he's helping to push the genre forward—introducing its driving, groove-heavy sound to new audiences and laying the groundwork for a broader American presence. He is also a Co-Founder of Wishbone, a newly founded collective & upcoming label based in Austin, Texas.

In Folge 5 sprechen Fritz Simon und Andreas Kollar über die zentrale Rolle von Kommunikation beim „Erkenntnisverkehr“. Was passiert, wenn niemand losfährt? Warum ist Sprache nicht gleich Bedeutung? Und wie lernen wir eigentlich, Regeln zu befolgen, ohne sie je erklärt bekommen zu haben? Ein Streifzug durch Luhmann, Alltag, Fußball und Weltpolitik.

Inhalte der Episode
• Kommunikation ≠ Sprechen
Kommunikation ist mehr als Sprechen: Erst wenn eine Äußerung verstanden und in Anschlussverhalten überführt wird, findet Kommunikation im systemtheoretischen Sinn statt.

• Verstehen zeigt sich im Tun
Nicht Harmonie, sondern Anschluss ist der Marker für Verstehen. Ob am Fußballfeld, an der Kreuzung oder im Therapieraum: entscheidend ist, dass die Interaktion weitergeht.

• Kontext macht Bedeutung
Zeichen haben keinen eingebauten Informationsgehalt. Bedeutung entsteht durch situative Interpretation: durch geteilte Geschichte, Körpersprache und kulturelle Rahmung.

• Sprache als schöpferischer Prozess
Spracherwerb ist kein Lernen im schulischen Sinn, sondern ein kreativer Rekonstruktionsprozes. Kinder beobachten, abstrahieren, kombinieren und erzeugen Regeln durch Fehler.

• Soziales Regelwissen durch gelebte Praxis
Regeln werden nicht primär gelehrt, sondern über Affekte, Korrekturen und soziale Rückmeldung verkörpert. Ob in Familien, Betrieben oder auf der Straße: Man merkt, was „man tut“.

• Missverstehen ist Standard, nicht Ausnahme
Menschen begegnen einander als Rorschach-Test. Projektion ist unvermeidbar. Kommunikation gelingt oft trotz Missverstehen, solange sie nicht abreißt.

• Deutungshoheit in der öffentlichen Kommunikation
Begriffe steuern Realitäten. Wer „Migrationsflut“ sagt, setzt andere Maßnahmen als jemand, der von „Fachkräftezuwanderung“ spricht. Politik ist ein Kampf um Narrative.

• Kartenlesen statt Wahrheitssuche
Information ist nie neutral. Entscheidend ist, ob sie zur aktuellen Orientierung passt. Gute Navigation heißt, passende Karte für den Zweck, nicht objektive Wahrheit zu finden.

Every week in Berlin, we invite artists to share the music they love. These recordings come straight from our space, just as they were played.

All sets at migas are captured from the output of our Isonoe ISO420 mixer into a Tascam FR-AV2 recorder via balanced cables, in WAV 48kHz / 32-bit float.

The mastering chain includes only a touch of analog-style saturation (BB Tubes), applied in parallel to add warmth and cohesion, followed by a transparent limiter (L2) to gently control peaks.

The final file is exported as FLAC 48kHz / 16-bit.

ROT.TON is a DJ and producer from
Mannheim who blends dark, hypnotic
soundscapes with driving rhythms and playful
grooves. Her music channels the emotional
duality of the color red – navigating the
tension between powerful opposites like love
and rage, vulnerability and strength.
For her, techno creates space for shared
emotion: it unites strangers, opens hearts, and
offers an escape from the world around us.
As part of the queer community, she strives to
foster spaces where people of all identities
feel they belong. Off stage, she empowers
