1.	Baada ya Serikali ya Marekani kutoa tangazo jipya sasa kwamba itaendelea kufadhili huduma zinazolenga vita dhidi ya Virusi vya Ukimwi (VVU), shirika la Umoja wa Mataifa la kukabiliana na VVU na Ukimwi (UNAIDS) limeeleza kuupokea uamuzi huo kwa furaha na kuuita wa kuokoa maisha.
2.	Kilimo bora cha kakao huko Liberia kimemwondolea uchovu na kukosa kulala, mkazi wa kaunti ya Nimba, kaskazini mashariki mwa Liberia, baada ya mradi wa mfuko wa Umoja wa Mataifa wa Maendeleo ya Kilimo, IFAD nchini humo kumwezesha sio tu kugeukia kilimo, bali pia kuajiri vijana wengine na hivyo kufanikisha lengo la Umoja wa Mataifa la kuondokana na umaskini.
3.	Makala inatupeleka kwenye msitu wa bonde la mto Congo nchini Jamhuri ya Kidemokrasia ya Congo DRC wa pili kwa ukubwa duniani unaofyonza kiasi kikubwa cha hewa ukaa, ambako mradi wa Umoja wa Mataifa wa kulinda bayoanuwai na kupambana na umasikini UNREDD unaleta nuru kwa jamii na mazingira.
4.	Na mashinani fursa ni yake fursa ni yake Esther Wangoi Mbugua, Mama mfugaji nyuki kutoka Kaunti ya Kajiado nchini Kenya ambaye alizungumza na washirika wetu Redio Domus akieleza kuwa ameweza kujipatia kipato na kumudu mahitaji ya familia yake kupitia mradi wa ufugajji nyuki.
