Geçen hafta sosyal medyada vaka-i adiyeden sayılan linçlerden birine
konu oldum. Ben malumunuz gündemdeki hararetli ve kapağı açıldığında
başka herhangi bir konuyu konuşmayı imkânsız hale getiren meselelere
girmemeyi, insanın ve hayatın kendimce ‘gerçek’ meseleleriyle ilgili
yazmayı tercih ediyorum. Bu sebeple pek sık karşılaşmıyorum böyle linç
hadiseleriyle. Kimi arkadaşlarımız içinse rutine dönüşmüş bir şey bu.
İşin şahsımla ilgili kısmının üstünde durmanın pek gereği yok aslında.
Sosyal medya birçok insan için ‘adam asmaca’ oynanan yangına açık bir
yer nihayetinde, insanın hak vermediği bir kişiye her türlü hakareti
yapabildiği, insani frenlerin boşa alındığı bir mecra… Ancak yaşadığım
bu tecrübenin toplumsal hayatımız açısından açığa çıkardığı bazı gerçekler
var ki, meselenin o kısmı gerçekten dehşet verici…
Sadede geleyim… Linçe konu olan yazı bu köşede geçen perşembe günü
yayınlanan ‘Şükrün Varlığı ve Yokluğu’ başlıklı yazı… Yazının ana
konusu şükür kavramı ve ona değişken bakış açılarımız… Yazı boyunca
farklı toplumsal şartlar altında hayatını sürdüren bireylerin şükretme
konusundaki değişken algı ve kabullerinden söz etmeyi deniyorum.
İnsanların ‘temel ihtiyaç’ kavramına bakış açılarının ne kadar
değişebildiğine ve dolayısıyla neye şükredecekleri konusunun da bu bakış
açılarına göre nasıl farklı muhtevalar kazanabildiğine dair örnekler
veriyorum. Kimi insanlar için ekmeğin, suyun, ilacın temel ihtiyaç
olduğunu, bunları bulduğunda bu insanların bütün kalbiyle şükre
yöneldiğini ifade ediyorum. Güncel örnek olarak da Gazze’deki cefakâr
insanları örnek veriyorum. Afrika’nın bir yerinde yaşayan yoksul
insanların durumu da, deprem sonrasındaki mahrumiyet günlerinde
depremzede kardeşlerimizin yaşadıkları da örnek gösterilebilir ama ben en
güncel örneği seçiyorum.
Bizim toplumumuzda da ağır şartlar altında, gerçekten bıçağın kemiğe
dayandığı yerde yaşayan insanlar bulunduğunun altını özellikle çiziyorum.
Ancak bir de belli bir standarda erişen ve daha fazlasını isteyen kesimler
olduğunu, onların şükretmek için çıtayı daha yükseğe koyduklarından söz
ediyorum.
