“05.16.2025 1630.2150” and “05.16.2025 2150.30” are two parts of a continuous instrumental suite — a slow-burning, bass-led exploration of groove, memory, and musical intuition.

Recorded live in one take and split into two evolving halves, the suite flows at a steady 120 BPM but shifts key and mood over time:

Part 1 (A Major): grounded, meditative, hypnotic — like the start of a night drive.

Part 2 (D minor): airier, more abstract — the road opens up and things get cosmic.

No looping, no quantization — just raw improvisation. The bass leads, but textures drift in and out like thought fragments.

There are no loops, edits, or overdubs — just human hands working in real time with machine rhythm. It’s groove-led improvisation with the loose form of a jam and the intentionality of composition.

Inspired by artists like Thundercat, Floating Points, and Khruangbin, this is music for headphone listening, deep thought, and subtle movement.

This time, I introduced the Raw Waves 2 from Sherpa Modular, used to craft those eerie, ghostly vocals that haunt the background and push the mood deeper into shadowy territory.

Everything you hear was played live and recorded in one take — no computer, no edits.
Just a modular rig pushed to its expressive limits.

Special thanks to Carlos from Fader Shapes Studio in Barcelona for the incredible one-to-one lessons. His insights gave me new angles to explore live performance in a more fluid and dynamic way.
