This was is a project of creating live, spontaneous compositions using solo bass clarinet and a looping pedal. The music is meant to be honest and engaging and it is presented here exactly as it is presented live – with no editing. I explore many textures that my instrument can make and draw upon a variety of musical traditions, including blues and jazz, to make something that is sometimes sweet, sometimes intense, and sometimes rough around the edges.

Kit Chatham is an internationally recognized percussionist, arranger, composer, clinician, and educator. Currently the Drummer/Percussionist for Cirque du Soleil's Drawn to Life, a collaboration with Walt Disney World. Kit has performed with the Cirque du Soleil shows KURIOS (2014-2019), Kooza (2013-2014), Zumanity (2012-2013), Mystere (2013), Viva Elvis (2009-2012), and Corteo (2005-2009).

Kit is endorsed by Yamaha Drums, Zildjian Cymbals, Evans Drumheads, Vic Firth Sticks & Mallets, and Alternate Mode(DrumKat) Electronics.

Other Performance Experience: 
-Featured percussion soloist/percussion manager for CYBERJAM performing in London, England (2003-2004)
-Featured snare drum/percussion soloist/percussion manager with the Tony and Emmy Award winning show BLAST! (2001-2003)

Kit has published 6 books on drumming and is co-creator of the Principal Percussion Series for Percussion(Seen in SmartMusic).
