System Overload is the third lead single off of Rainn Sherwood's debut album, Lost In My Thoughts.

The song also released with Rainn's first ever actual music video for any song. The music video is a visual of Rainn's dancing in front of a white wall and in other shot, in front of a projector visual.

Rainn Sherwood’s first album, Lost In My Thoughts, was released mid-2023. The album includes the singles Magical, Tragical, They Know, System Overload. The project also introduces new titles such as Halo and Look Who’s Laughing Now.

The album has one collaboration track which features Arn Flics (formally known as Arnie James). Rainn Sherwood has worked with James in the past on the remix of Maybe, originally written by James.
