Today we will sneak preview the upcoming lunar Eclipse that forms around the full moon in early May. I want to get out in front of this one because it's a very powerful Eclipse, given a variety of signatures happening at the time of the Eclipse around it.

Happy Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo! The intention for today's sound healing audio is to support deep relaxation and stillness so we can release all that no longer serves our highest good. In this audio, I am playing a combination of 432 hz and 528 hz alchemy crystal bowls. These sound healing instruments support stress/anxiety relief, relaxation, clearing of mental and emotional blocks, and more.

I encourage you to lie down for today's practice if that's comfortable for you. If not, feel free to sit in a comfortable position. Set an intention for this 11-minute session. Take slow, deep breaths as you relax into the sounds. Breathe in through the nostrils, allowing your belly to expand like a balloon, and breathe out through the nostrils, allowing all of the air to release. Headphones are recommended.
