Delivered this experimental and improvisational set in the annual Mental Hygiene underground event, held in the attic of an old mental hospital.

This was the first time I performed with my Lyra 8 and naturally I didn't know what to expect. I had added some contact mics to the Lyra's case and routed that signal to its external inputs. Got some nice textures & effects from that!

Pairing the Lyra with my existing setup felt quite nice, accepting that you can't control everything was a good learning experience as well. Going with the feelings, letting go and enjoying 🤍

Eerie yet calming feeling of Manhattan shrouded in fog early in the morning. Wandering in a dreamlike haze, the familiar becomes unfamiliar.

I performed my album "Zerfall" once again during my "Klangstrom" event on June 6. This time, the performance included some new elements. What I really love about my ambient setup is the freedom it gives me to step outside the original structure, allowing for spontaneous improvisation, and then return to the composed framework I had planned before the show. It creates a dynamic and fluid experience, both for me and the audience.

This version is different than the version on the album, that's why I've chosen a different title.

so many songs that i forget to share. remember, some people don't listen to music, they only hear and are attracted to annoying buildups and sounds, and don't have the patience to listen for 20 seconds to the same sound. they underestimate what music is. they are stuck on one sort of sounding 15 seconds sort of song and everything else is bad in their eyes. a guitar sounds like a guitar, the whole song, so do synths so do my songs. when I listen to my songs, im stunned by myself because I forget how I made it, it's a super complex route I go through for each song to get it how I want. each and every time a different trip. i need more variation, and more buildups, I know but then it's not anymore how I wanted it how it sound.  if it sounds good and beautiful then yeah, ill use it.
