This track is pure chaos in the best way possible! Two completely different drops, unexpected switches, and a whole lot of energy. I pushed the sound design to the limit, crafting unique patterns that hit hard on any system. The first drop brings that donk energy, making it the perfect entry point for anyone new to the alien soundscapes of drum and bass. From there, things just keep getting crazier.

This remix was a blast to work on. When Kefrennnn hit me up about flipping Take Control, I knew I had to bring something different to the table. The original track already had an insane groove, so I took that foundation and warped it into a high-energy roller that blends donk, jump-up, and UK bass influences into one. The result? A remix that feels unpredictable but still keeps the dancefloor locked in.

Female Hardcore DJ Sc@r, is recognized today as one of the UK’s finest rising artists. The Australian-born DJ burst onto the scene in 2006, and quickly made her stamp! Her highlights so far are winning the Hardcore Heaven Breakthrough DJ award and launching her own hardcore label – Scarred Digital, both in 2012.

Having become one of the few female hardcore DJ’s to have performed around the world in Australia, Canada, USA, Japan, Russia, Belgium, Sweden and Spain! Her local reputation has lead to bookings at some of the UK’s premier events including HTID, Hardcore Heaven, Fantazia, Fusion, Firewall, Uproar, Raver Baby, Spunky, Horizon and the UK’s longest running dance party Raindance. Her largest crowd to date is Djing infront 20,000 at Wembley Stadium for the internationally known event 'Color Run'. Performing on radio has always been close to Sc@rs’ heart, resident on pirate radio for 6 years on Eruption 101.3FM, and A guest appearance was made in 2011 on BBC Radio One during Kutski’s In ‘New Djs We Trust show’. Her sounds can now be heard weekly on www.kraftyradio.com 

Sc@r’s productions can be heard over many hardcore labels such as: Lethal Theory, Kniteforce, Future World, Executive Records, Raw Elements, Make Believe Records, Revelation Digital, CLSM, Lethal Theory Raw, Recycled Records, Can Your Feel It Media, Yorkshire Records, White Noise and Xplosive Hardcore just to name a few. Since earning her first vinyl release in 2007 on Raw Elements, she has collaborated in the studio with a variety of artists and it wasn’t long before her name was featured on album compilations including the internationally respected Bonkers, 100 Hardcore Anthems, Hardcore Underground series, Hardcore Addiction, Never Stop Raving and Crush on Hardcore. Hardcore Elements was her first official mixed album released on Can Your Feel It media. and most recently Hardcore Underground 2013. 

One of Sc@r’s best personal achievements was being invited to remix for the Kniteforce 20th Birthday Box set providing a remix of Jimmy J and Cru-l-t’s “DJ’s In Full Effect” before performing live with Luna C on stage in New York in a Scarred Digital Vs Kniteforce 2 hour set.

Hi, I'm Ric de Large! DJ, producer, and sound engineer. I was born and raised in Northern Italy and grew up with so many different muisc influences, but my biggest  inspirations came from electronic music with acts like  The Bloody Beetrots, Justice and Skrillex.       
My journey took an unexpected turn when I found myself deeply involved in the Italian hip-hop and trap scene. I ended up recording, producing, and mixing for some of the country’s biggest artists, landing tracks on major charts and playlists while performing on countless club and festival stages.
Over time, I realized my true calling: bridging the gap between hip-hop and bass music. This led me to join the Grime Spitterz project, a duo of Italian MCs blending raw rap flows with heavy-hitting basslines. But my journey doesn’t stop there. As a solo artist, I bring my own vision to life through high-energy DJ sets where Drum & Bass, Dubstep, and UK Garage collide. Whether it’s remixing iconic tracks into club bangers or dropping my own productions the thing I love more than anything is to make people dance, share the energy and have lots of fun!
My sound is eclectic, a fusion of genres that reflects my curiosity and refusal to stay within boundaries. If I had to sum it up in one line I found from a Walt Whitman's poem it would be:
"I am Large, I contain multitudes"
