Fossils also tell a story of massive extinction. And the way the fossil record has preserved evidence of these countless different species can only be conceivable through catastrophic conditions. If at first the fossil record seemed to indicate long age rock layer and fossil formation by gradual processes, the evidence that has now accumulated calls this into serious question.

"The love that is the Holy Spirit is the change-agent in our lives. In fact, that love, the Holy Spirit, is also the change-agent in God. Now, some people think that God never changes. But that is not entirely correct. God existed before creation. But the love that is the Holy Spirit could not be contained within God," Father Bill tells us for our celebration of Father Perry's retirement. "God had to change. God had to create. He had to share that love. And so he began a process of evolution that has resulted in the magnificent and vast expanse of the universe around us. He breathed his Spirit into the primordial waters, and the ancient oceans began to teem with life. Wherever there is loving change, we find the Holy Spirit."

There are a lot of different ways that you can naturally improve how well your thyroid functions and this one is probably the most overlooked of them all: 

Managing your muscle mass. 

Your muscle mass is considered a thyroid-responsive tissue and represents around 30 to 40% of your body mass. 

Put another way, it may be one of the biggest targets of thyroid hormone action. 

The more muscle mass you have the more active your thyroid will be. 

On top of this, building more muscle mass has the potential to improve your weight, metabolism, and your thyroid all at the same time.

Inputs: 

Thyroid patients should focus on 3 inputs: diet, thyroid function, and supplements. 

For diet, you need to make sure that you are consuming enough high-quality protein at a rate of about 60 to 100 grams per day. 

Thyroid input refers to thyroid management in the form of thyroid medication or natural thyroid treatments. 

And supplements include additional treatments like creatine and protein powder which can make muscle building a lot easier and faster (they are not required, however). 

Outputs: 

The primary output needed to stimulate muscle growth is exercise in the form of strength training. 

By managing both inputs and outputs, you will turn your body into a muscle-building, calorie-burning, thyroid-optimized machine.
